Concerts

Charlotte Chamber Music offers many options to enjoy the European Tradition of chamber music from the baroque, romantic, classical, and contemporary eras in an urban setting. 

The cornerstone of our programming is the free First Tuesday Concert, but we offer other options for you to enjoy intimate and inspiring chamber music.

First Tuesday Concerts

Eighteen free concerts are performed in Uptown Charlotte at mid-day and in the evening. The evening concert includes a complimentary reception with wine and cheese.

Living Room Concerts 

Four ticketd concerts are performed in Charlotte’s finest homes throughout the region. Each features wine and heavy hors d’oeuvres.

    Just learned of your concerts via Charlotte Culture Guide. For March 4 it’s “String Quintet..” etc. But nowhere can I find the name of the composer. Whose quintet? Thanks.

    I went to the concert on December 2, 2008 and wanted to know again what particular piece did they play by Bach? Thanks

      Hi Ashley, the performance was Bach’s Brandenburg Concerto No. 4.
